YorkSeal ™ Air/Vapor Barrier is made with self-adhering, rubberized asphalt laminated to a tough, high-density, 8 mil thick cross-laminated polyethylene film that’s resistant to cuts and tears and provides a waterproof barrier at flashing areas to prevent wall assembly leaks. The unique rubberized texture seals completely around fasteners. A special liner prevents the flashing from sticking to itself in the roll.

Available in 75’ rolls; 12", 18", 24" and 36” widths.
